A subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by us who has or potentially will have access to or process Your Data (which may contain Personal Information as defined in our Privacy Policy).
Edexia requires any subprocessors who support delivery of Edexia services (see below) to satisfy equivalent obligations as those required from Edexia in its role (as a data processor).
As at the date of this document, the following is a list of the names and locations of Edexia’s subprocessors in the production environment.
The processors below are used to support the Edexia Service.
*The self hosted foundational model is our own trained and secure method of de-identifying sensitive data within our servers in Australia before sending it to OpenAI, with safety guardrails and robust security measures. For more details, see Security Measures.
The subprocessors below provide services to support our internal teams (customer support and engagement, sales and marketing, accounts and billing, technical and professional services) with their processes and workflows in providing you the Services.
If you have a query, concern or complaint about the manner in which your personal information has been collected or handled by us, would like to request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you, or if you would like us to let you know about future changes to our subprocessors, please contact using the details provided below:
